The company recovers a large part of the special waste it produces and gives them a new life by transforming it into resources instead of eliminating it.

Thus, leather that does not pass the quality control process, as well as leather falls, are transformed into custom leather goods.

This activity was developed thanks to an agreement with the Cooperativa Cartiera de Marzabotto (near Bologna), which recalibrates by-products of leather and fabric otherwise intended for landfill. The organisation adheres scrupulously to the principles of social inclusion, quality craftsmanship and environmental sustainability. The first four products presented by the « Upcycled Leather Project » are a tote bag, smartphone case, card holder and key holder.
