OVERVIEW
Fifty years after its presentation at the Geneva Motor Show, the legendary Lamborghini Countach returns under the spotlight with a limited hybrid series that celebrates the visionary design that has forever revolutionized the landscape of modern supersports, laying the foundation of Lamborghini heritage. This is the new Countach LPI 800-4. Inspired by the past, but with a vocation for the future.

Perfect proportions, a futuristic style. The disruptive concept behind the bold silhouette that inspired generations of supersports relives in this commemorative version produced in 112 copies only. The pure lines, the longitudinal position at the back of the V12 and the iconic scissor doors, whose new design reinterprets the shape with an even brighter edge, make it immediately recognizable while propelling it towards the future. Exclusive configurations have been created to preserve the unique DNA, such as solid Giallo Countach and Impact White heritage colours, or contemporary colors, mainly metallic, such as Viola Pasifae and Blu Uranus.
HABITACLE
The complementary interior is an elegant combination of sophisticated details and aluminium elements painted in Oro Electrom, the color chosen by Lamborghini to identify its hybrid cars: from air outlets to innovative design made thanks to 3D printing allow them to be customized with the customer's initials. The styleme of the Y and hexagonal forms are made perfect with meticulous attention to detail.

ELECTRIC MOTOR / INTERNAL COMBUSTION MOTOR
Featuring the same incredible hybrid powertrain as the Sián FKP 37 and the Sián Roadster, the new Countach LPI 800-4 features a 780 HP (574 kW) combustion engine that delivers the same unique performance as Lamborghini's atmospheric V12. The innovative lightweight hybrid architecture, consisting of a super capacitor and 34 hp electric motor, weighs only 34 kg and offers a weight-to-power ratio for the electrical part of only 1.0 kg/hp. The combined power is therefore 814 hp (599 kW) and allows it to fly at more than 350 km/h. The supercapacitor technology is capable of storing ten times as much energy as a lithium-ion battery.
In the new Countach LPI 800-4, the state of art of Lamborghini technology is omnipresent.

The exceptional combination of the active steering system (Lamborghini Dynamic Steering) and the rear steering wheels (Lamborghini Rear-wheel Steering) allows the Countach LPI 800-4 to offer the highest level of dynamic performance: at low speed, agility is improved, while at high speed, car control and stability are guaranteed. How? The LDS system adapts to the selected speed and driving mode from direct direction to more indirect direction, while the LRS system manages the rear directional axle with two electromechanical actuators. The driving experience can only be unique.

The new Countach LPI 800-4 has an optimized all-wheel traction system to work specifically with all new active systems, including rear wheel steering. In low grip situations, this innovative system is capable of ensuring high performance and can rely on Pirelli P Zero tires, an absolute performance guarantee. Finally, the torque distribution between the front and rear axles varies dynamically according to the selected driving mode and the condition of the carriageway.

The Countach LPI 800-4 forward and rear thrust rod magnetorheological shock absorbers are capable of adapting the suspension behaviour to the conditions of the roadway and the selected driving mode. This system was developed to work in conjunction with the rear wheel steering system to ensure a perfect response in all conditions, as well as to compensate for the roll and unwanted movements of the hull.

The innovative Lamborghini technology of supercapacitors, capable of storing ten times more energy than a lithium ion battery, appears for the first time on the Sián Roadster. Three times more powerful than a battery of the same weight and three times lighter than a battery of a similar power, the electrical system consisting of a supercapacitor and a 34 hp electric motor weighs only 34 kg, for an impressive weight-to-power ratio of 1.0 kg/CV. The Sián Roadster's indomitable V12 engine introduces titanium intake valves and delivers 785 hp (577 kW) at 8,500 rpm: the highest power ever achieved by a Lamborghini engine, capable of delivering 819 hp (602 kW) and flying at more than 350 km/h.

The rear active cooling fins exploit a unique technology patented by Lamborghini: their activation is triggered by the reaction of a set of elements, composed of intelligent materials, at the temperature generated by the exhaust system, by determining rotation and at the same time offering an elegant cooling solution, with reduced weight.

The Sián Roadster offers a unique combination of dynamic steering (Lamborghini Dynamic Steering) and rear wheel steering (Lamborghini Rear-wheel Steering) for outstanding performance. The LDS system adapts to the selected speed and driving mode from direct direction to more indirect direction, while the LRS system manages the rear directional axle via two electromechanical actuators. Thanks to this system, handling is improved at low speed, while vehicle control and stability are ensured at high speed.

In addition, the Sián Roadster can count on a new generation of Pirelli P Zero tyres, specially developed to optimize the vehicle's active and innovative systems.

The Sián Roadster is equipped with front and rear magneto-rheological shock absorbers with pushrod system. These devices constantly change the behaviour of the suspensions according to the condition of the roadway and the selected driving mode. In addition to compensating the roll and unwanted movements of the hull, the system has been specially designed to work with rear wheel steering, offering the ideal solution in every situation.
